Latoya A. Benson courageously leaped into her purpose and calling of entrepreneurship after completing a 12-year tenure at the White House where she served in four administrations under two Presidents. As CEO of Latoya B. Global, a personal, professional and spiritual development consultancy and as a master teacher in transformation, she helps high-performing leaders to own their difference, lead with power and authenticity in any space and create massive breakthrough that creates a revolution. 

 

Her passion and expertise in branding and building purpose-driven businesses led to her becoming the Founder + Director of Boardroom Chicks™ where she coaches and advises urban women of faith in business with established and emerging brands to own their difference, produce fresh and engaging concepts, transformative programs, and services that disrupts the marketplace and shifts cultures through events, masterminds, and high-level coaching programs. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Prince George’s Community College where her passion for teaching and aspiring entrepreneurs continues.

Latoya is the author of four books and numerous digital resources. Her authority is further solidified through higher learning. She has earned a B. S. in Systems & Computer Science from the School of Engineering at Howard University and continues to educate herself regularly. Most of all, she is a loving mother of two amazing teenagers.
